If you ever own a car that Corsa makes an exhaust for, I urge you to buy one! You really have to hear these things to appreciate them, but it's unlike any exhaust I've ever heard. It is so quiet at low-throttle, especially inside the car. There is no drone or resonance or anything, but from outside you can definitely tell it is not stock. When you open the throttle, it is nice and burbley, but not ground-shaking. It progresses from very quiet to very loud as you progress the throttle. Even still, inside it is not bothersome. Outside it is wicked! I just installed a set on my 'vette. I should have done it from the very beginning, but I thought Corsa isn't what I want on that car. I thought the Corsa was too blingy, and that the sound isn't what I wanted. I wanted something deeper and louder than stock, but with that same sort of tone. That's exactly what I got with Dynomax Ultraflows. The sound was excellent. Loud and ground-shaking at idle, and not tons louder at WOT, though certainly not quiet. From outside it sounded excellent. But the sound would come up through the floor, the interior would shake and vibrate, and so would my head. At cruise with the windows up the drone was hard to bear. But still, I loved it! When I had the Corsa put on, I thought I would like it, but miss my old system. Not true. I LOVED it, and don't miss my old system at all! The sound is night and day though, the Corsa sounds nothing like the old system. It doesn't shake the ground, it doesn't vibrate the cabin (or my teeth). I doubt it will set off car alarms, and when idling it is pretty quiet (though nothing like the Aurora in terms of quiet). Cruising on the highway you hear some burble, but it is quieter than the tire and wind noise, and it is not intrusive. Did I mention I love it? I'm sorry I wasted money trying to find other alternatives, I should have just gotten the Corsa from the get-go and saved a lot of cash.

I agree 100% with you. I used to own an 04 GTO with a Corsa Sport system and it sounded wicked. Corsa systems are really expensive, but they are worth the money if you are concerned about drone. No drone and extremely quiet inside when you are cruising around. I also had Kooks LT headers and the sound was amazing. I still miss the exhaust popping when downshifting on a cold morning.
I've been thinking about getting a seville system and modifying it to fit my Classic, but I haven't (and probably won't) found a good used system on Ebay. Hopefully one of these days a system will show up for sale.
I was lucky when I found one. Got it from a member of LS1GTO that had it on his Goat for 100 miles and didn't like the system. I met with him at a Toledo truck stop and got the complete system for $450. I had it installed by a certified Corsa installer in Cleveland that got me new Corsa clamps for free.
Corsa used to contact a lot of people at my previous GM plant when they wanted to have a car available for beta testing.

If you were in Cleveland, you could have had it installed right there at the factory! Corsa is just outside Cleveland, I went there with my Aurora to have the fit adjusted once. Nice people and neat place.
They do seem to enjoy a good relationship with GM, but I'm glad to see they have branched out a lot too.
I think you'll have a hard time finding a uses Seville system. I doubt they have sold many of 'em, and I doubt anyone who bought one wouldn't like it. With a GTO or 'vette, lots of people buy 'em so if you keep an eye out they pop up used now and then. That's not nearly as likely with these cars though.

I called them, but they were busy that week with a lot of installations and I couldn't wait to get it installed. The guy that installed the system used to work there, so I wasn't worry about the install. I have seen at least 3 cadillacs (sevilles and devilles) with corsa systems on autotrader and craigslist during the past year. I know it might be impossible to find them unless someone is parting out a wrecked car.

giannid, my roommate has the same system on his 05 GTO and loves it! It sounds amazing, I still can't get over how throaty it sounds. My dad has a Corsa system on his H2 and it does wonders... it sounds SO much better than stock!

I had videos and whatnot up for about 5 years, right up until a couple days ago... I'll try to find somewhere to host them again.

curious why your plate on a vette says LOTUS V8? Because the car has a Lotus designed V8 in it... And built by Mercury Marine Engines ... still to this day one of the most advanced (and expensive) engines in the world. I never seen one in person though ... Aurora40 where do you live?? lol

Those appear to be about full price, ~$1200. Fredericksburg is about 2 hours from me.
I'll try to get my videos hosted again and I'll post the links.

Would it take much work for the system for a Seville to fit a 2nd Gen? I know the Seville is a few inches longer than a 2001-03 Aurora, so I figure that the pipe between the resonator & the split might have to be shortened.

Aurora40's 2002 4.0 ran a 14.868 with that system, IIRC.

not bad at all. notice a big performance difference?? Yes, it felt to me like it made a noticeable improvement. However I don't have any back to back evidence, but as Marc points out I did run a much better 1/4 mile time, though in wildly different conditions. I did notice the car would run to a higher rpm before the 1-2 shift, it seemed to shift 200rpm higher after doing the exhaust. I've no idea why.

I experienced something similar with my system ... the car was more eager to shift ... great vids btw ... is that your wife's voice in one of the vids? I wish I could get my wife to help me like that while messing with my car ... lol
