Well I have water leaking into my floor on the passanger side. I have the seat out and carpet pulled up and dried out. In looking for where the water is coming from I have it narrowed down some. The water is coming down the right front kick panel just in front of the passanger door. Does anyone have any idea where the water may be getting in? Sunroof, windshield, ,,,, I cant get any further up to see where it is coming from without pulling the dash and I really want to avoid that. Thanks,

The sunroof drains down the A-pillar on the passenger side. You can pull the A-pillar interior trim off by hand. Try opening the sunroof and pouring some water down the front passenger corner of the sunroof base. See if it runs down the drain properly or if it seems to instead run into the cabin.

I am going to try that today or tomorrow. Where does the drain tube actually come out? Thanks a bunch.

Allright!!! I now know the drain tube is leaking. I put a small tapered end on a funnel with a hose and the water goes right in on the floor. Looks like the tube is broke someplace. Can anyone tell me what it takes to replace the tube? I was thinking of cutting the existing hose in the pillar and attatching a new one at that point and then fish it thru but I cannot see exactly where the orginal goes to. Any ideas or tips ?

Are you sure it isn't simply clogged, and the water overflows it? I'm sure it could break, but it seems unlikely since it's in such a protected area. Or maybe it simply became unattached from the sunroof surround? Just thoughts.
I believe it exits somewhere behind the front wheelwell, because that is where the water will pour out when I've tested mine. I'm not sure exactly where, though.

If the tube was plugged I would think water would come in through the roof. The water is coming in by the RH front kick panel. Same thing if was un attatched from the sunroof, would the water not come in at the sunroof? Please explain if I am missing something.

if its by the front kick panel it still could be blocked. how about trying drano? well not that specifically but something much safer to your car

Since the water is coming in at the floor, maybe the hose is not clogged, broken or even unattached at the sunroof but is instead misrouted at the bottom of the car. In other words, if the hose is supposed to drain out behind the front wheel well, maybe that end somehow got pushed up back inside the car and so dumps out behind the interior floor trim.
With the A-pillar trim off you out to be able to see if water is running down the outside of the tube (indicating a clog or break up high). If not, then the problem must be down low, such as a break down near the bottom of the tube or the bottom end just not running to the outside.

Well the Aurora is spending the night at the garage for some repairs. They found the drain tube was not connected to a fitting near the RH kick panel thus letting the water enter onto the floor. Also there was some water getting in the door seals. They adjusted the doors on the passanger side to close a little tighter. If that dont keep the water out I will get new door seals. Adjusting is cheaper!! Also I got the fuel level sensor and oil pressure sensor replaced. The valve cover gaskets will get done in the morning. One more issue to fix after that and I should be happy for a while. The check engine light keeps coming on and I get a 410 code. Also the 50 amp fuse for the air pump keeps blowing, so I am guessing the pump is shot. That will get replaced in a few weeks. Anyone where to pick one up cheap?

Well the door seal was fine. We did find the water was coming in from the bottom of the door panel. We pulled the panel and resealed the water deflector (plastic sheet). Let the goop set up good and then sprayed the crap out of it with a hose. It appeares that all is dry inside now. I will spray it down long and hard tomorrow and if all is well, I can put the interior back together. Next is the air pump, still looking for a good price on that.!!!!

Good job and thanks for keeping us updated. Look on the ACNA Marketplace section and see what's available for your pump.
