Guys I am just making this post to say do not be shy in adding negative feedback on ebay purchases. I mean do not do it obviously if you are not having problems with the seller.
I was having problems with customer service from the seller I purchased my HID kit from. They were completely disregarding my emails and I even got a hold of their phone number. No calls were returned. All I had was a few simple questions that would have taken 5 minutes out there busy day.
So, I left negative feedback on ebay for seller. I also informed them that I would be letting you all know not purchase from them in the future.
This must have done the trick. I got an email back today stating:
So, after contacting ebay and paypal I was told this was the only way sellers could remove negative feedback was buy making an unpaid claim having the user ignore it and remove the negative feeback for a 100% refund.
So, I agreed. Now 45 minutes later I have a 100% refund sitting in my paypal account ;D
If you are not happy with the service, let them know!
The down side to this is I now truely believe seeing a high feeback rating of pretty darn near 100% is supicious. I am just wondering if this how most people keep their ratings so high. i am sure there are lots of awesome sellers and power sellers, but really. I thought it was odd.
