Nice! That's why I used the flex pipe, I didn't want to have to relocate the horn and fender bracket. Sweet setup, though!

Thank's the horn wire will reach in to the eng bay, that should sound spiffy ay?............................. the bracket, i'm just going to mash it flat with a hammer, rebend it to a new home, and drop in another self tapper in the rail somewhere.

yelp, got the C A intake done today drilled the ATS, painted, and installed*! *have to add a couple inches of wire to the harness this became one piece, with a little glue lost the sun, so the pic ain't that great. going to look for a cap/plug for this, got a pretty good draw on it. not a hoover or anything, but even with the high 90's in the tube. i think i'll cover it on really wet days also got the post covers finshed had enough material to recover the rear deck, that was a be'och came out ok while i had the deck off i did the X-man LED mod ;D aurorah.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=Audio&action=display&thread=22204

LOL, sport'n a woody?........... Nice. lol I know it's not what roara was describing but if you put vinyl "woody" panels on the outside of your doors I am 110% sure you would be the only Aurora in the history of Oldsmobile to have them. ;D Guys, I think I just found my next mod. ;D ;D ;D

OMG there's wooden buckles! That's pretty intense tipsy, nice job, looks good.

ATTACK OF THE WOOD! You have a lot of wood, tipsy!
**Insert generic wood-related double entendre here** lol
Not really my taste, but you did a really good job with it!

Lookin good!
How much did you have to fight with the vinyl on the rear package tray? I couldnt imagine it stretching very much around all the countours. The pillar covers turned out very well, nice job!
How easy/difficult was it to apply and shape all of the 3m vinyl? Is it just a thin film or is it pretty thick?

the rear deck wasn't that hard, the material stretched well and the adhesive (3M 08090) held taut on all the contours. you can see in one of the pic's the only cuts i had to make was behind the head rests (that was the hard part). but all in all i really think the glue was the difference in making it an easy job. the 3M vinyl wrap is rather thick, the only place i had to use a heat gun was on the wheel, and i ended up doing that twice after figuring out the right technique of getting it on without any wrinkles, now i just have to find a nice leather black wrap other then what i have now. probably the hardest thing was cutting the back of the vent for the XM-radio, so the flow door still worked on one side i know this ain't everyones taste, it's mine. it's what makes me and my aurora unique. funny thing, i was at a little outside party last night, and after showing off my handy work. i've got a 04 monty SS, 99 camery and a 05 civic lined up to do next month at $250 a pop (plus material) ;D

Does all the vinyl make it sound a little more open? The material i used on all the pillars and headliner made everything a lot more muffled because it's much thicker than the original. Did you apply the vinyl and then cut the openings? I can only imagine how particular you were with each peice, lol. And yeah, it aint my thing but ive done things to cars I wouldnt dare show ya'll ;D. I actually think it goes very well with the teal interior though, both the color and the grain are kind of a throwback in time. And it apparently paid for itself and then some! Nice, haha.

I hope $250 is enough but I'm sure they're all friends...OMG! the FOB! Now you just have to carve a wooden key and you're good to go. Ya know, that could look good on the "natural" interior too...hmm.

darn tipsy your one creative and resourceful mofo lol, and yeah you can't focus on one thing (a.d.d much). But everything you do is awesome, and you don't do anything half butt either, keep up the great work!
But as others said just not my tastes, I think it's the blue interior on wood i'm not digging. Now if the int was a diff. color (black preferably with a different type of wood trim i'd love it!)
