Aftermarket systems like that usually have a starter disable relay. Get under the driver's side dash and find where the ignition switch connector (pictured below) mounts to the firewall (far left.) Look at the Yellow wire. If it's interrupted, like the one shown here, you need to either splice it back together or (if you have a relay like this) simply move the wire from relay terminal 87 to terminal 87A. Also remove the wires from terminal 85 and/or 86 so the relay can't energize. (click for full size image) HTH, Bob

the amount of times your battery has died I have a feeling your going to need a new battery here soon enough. someone needs to do a load test on it who knows that 15 volts isn't proper voltage lol

I have the same problem with my winter Intrigue. They had plugged in an otherwise great alarm to my Olds and it was incredible problems in electronics. Now I solve one problem at a time after I dismantled the entire aftermarket alarm. Hate bungler who dont know what they're doing and destroys a a lot of sensitive and expensive electronics. My Intrigue is a Nelson480 White Diamond btw, which does not make things any better .. (sorry Dan, just had to add it, lol)

Thanks, guys! And the other day EVERY FREAKIN TIME I would push on the gas pedal or shut the door, the lock would just keep locking over and over and over like non-stop. But my boyfriend popped the part of the door out where the handle and the lock/memory seats buttons are, and we found a thick, red wire attached the the lock button?
WEIRD.
Anyway, so we ripped it out and now it's fixed (: LOL

ive installed subs in my aurora and never once ruined the wireing like that if you know what your doing you don't have to run an extra 50 wires like the guy before you did

>_> I'll be 20 in 2 weeks so i have to act like it IDK what that means. ("lookin' at 40, actin' like a child" -moe.) My worst experience with something like that was trying to figure out why my dash lights wouldn't work in a car someone had given me ('78 Grand Prix.) Somebody had installed a Honda stereo and probably used a test light to find a ground. They ended up connecting the stereo ground to the dash lights. Brilliant! I'd suggest you get that thing surgically removed by someone who knows how. It was obviously installed by an amateur.
