I thought I saw here before that someone had taken a road trip and made a video of it?
I got this HD dash cam that I will be using and will take some video of my road trips soon.

Yep, doesn't look very hd-ish.

Yep, doesn't look very hd-ish. I mean it looks decent on YouTube, you just have to switch the settings to 720p. But I want the 1080p version.

Interesting but I agree with Wireless that it seems to zoom a lot. I could get the same quality from placing my cell phone on a window mount in 180P video mode albeit probably more bouncy though!

the picture quality seems alright to me, it's the sound that is on the low

The sound was from the radio, I didn't have the volume up. But if your having a conversation you can easily hear it and get it recorded it on this HD cam. I think the sound was quite good, that it picked up my car everytime I rev it up.
I still plan on selling it.

Gotye own dash cam eh Javi? lol You didn't have to cut me off...that song has been stuck in my head for a while. Its like watching police videos, you expect someone to fly thru the intersection, glad that didn't happen. Having one is actually a good idea in case something did happen. No more he said, she said, video don't lie.

Alright here is a small update, I still have my original 720HD cam which I'm going to sell. I got another camera a ContourHD. I shot a test video the other day. I like this camera cause it looks lo-profile while hooked up to the windshield with the glass suction mount. Here is the video it's in HD quality 1080p. www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkNeawZ_to8&list=UUz8t2OXZr4cDTTazd7oc7qALet me know what you think.

I have used my old water damaged iPhone 4s with a suction cup and it gives me pretty much the same quality. It's useless at night time though.

I also made a night time video with this new ContourHD camera. The memory on this camera is 32GB. More than an iPhone or any other cell phone.
