Anyone near KY? I am right on Lake Cumberland, we could hang out sometime, cookout, swimming, cliff diving... Or drive n meet somewhere, collaborate.. I'm super busy during hay season, but always try an find some time for my Aurora.

Man I wish I was. A city boy like myself has always wanted to cliff dive.

I am still six hours away from you being right on the border of Ohio/WV :/. Haha and I have the best of both worlds Renaldo. Live in the'city'(probably not by your standards haha) and can travel 45 minutes to an hour and be out in the cut in some of the most beautiful places.

I don't dive much since I split my head open on a rock in Michigan. This was a pretty intense impact anyway

While we're on the topic, This video is at a lake called Possum Kingdom here in Texas.
This is a location called Hells Gates - 90ft jump when water is at the normal level. They've banned jumping, but people still do it.
I've only done the jump once, and heh, it took me about 5 minutes of contemplating it.
I advise muting the video..
FYI - This video is NOT of me, just one I've found on Youtube.

You'll never jump looking over the edge, haha. I started running and there was no turning back. As heavy as I am I really hit the water hard. I would definitely not jump any higher, the impact of that jump ripped my new water shoes (rocks are sharp I've been cut climbing out).

lol I did things like that in high school(cliff and bridge jumping). Now I'd rather just sit on the river in a boat, soak up some sun, drink a few beers(if I'm not the pilot of course) and float in the water with a life vest my lab enjoys it too(water and a few laps of beer haha) and she has a life vest. I would however like to go zip-lining or bungy jumping in New River Gorge. There are some rock quarries around with some pretty clear water thats pretty nice too. We live in some beautiful areas, shelby!

Definitely, always something to do to Wish I had a boat though but I do have a hitch. It'd be fun to watch an Aurora drop a boat off the ramp ;D

opossum kingdom was a record right? the band, whoever it was, must have known about this place? They must have - it's a massive lake & quite popular for it's good locations. It has everything - good fishing, calm areas, shady areas, nice cities around it, good campgrounds, and big open waters for just going fast in the boat, water skiing, tubing, jet skiing, etc..

Sounds like Lake Cumberland. 100 miles long and 1,200 miles of shoreline. I know of a camping place that very few know of Only 5 miles up the road. They have wicked boat races too. Town is a 15 mile drive for me ;D An actual 'big city' is 40 miles.
