Okay, I remember now that they are who I made my mind up to go with lol. (Have had a lot going on here recently). I intend on driving there to get it dyno-tuned so parameters are accurate.
I figured I'd start this thread so everyone can see just what is happening software wise with my car ;D. This is also where I'll be posting the before and after data, and street runs for comparison. I might take a video of fuel trim as well while it is winding out.
So far I plan on raising rev. limit to 7,200 and shifting wherever the powerband ends up achieving most benefit. Disable vats, disable torque management, and modifying A/F ratio and timing as most beneficial to power (safely). Ofcourse either remove or set speed limiter to 165. If any of you guys have any other recommendations feel free to share. I want to make sure I cover everything I possibly can and would hate to forget anything. I am not worried about fan settings I have my low speed relay activated through fuel pump activation relay, and high speed in low speed slot (thanks bob).

Okay in this video the pre X-Pipe pipes were leaking because they had spit open so I welded some 4" flex pipes on it. I'll try and get an updated video for accuracy later on. In case you haven't heard it this is my exhaust sealed super tight. (I even ultra coppered the doughnut gaskets ) Torque management shift and 6k shifts

Your Aurora sounds pretty mean!
To be honest with you, I don't think it's the torque management causing that backfire.
I would recommend not running the car too hard until you can verify the air/fuel ratio or you might cause some permanent damage.
The dyno will be the best indicator as to where your engine's peak horsepower is and where the shift points need to be.
What are the trouble codes that you're currently getting?

Thank you, I put a lot of planning into my exhaust ;D
Since that video I maxed out my FPR, I think it was around 50 PSI. My fuel trims near 6k are Bank 1: ST 22.7 LT 8.6, Bank 2: ST 19.5 LT 3.9 Near idle fuel trims are near 0
My codes are Evap incorrect flow, and Fan Switch. So no problems there.
Sometimes it is a little hard to start when warm. I would guess that to be from the cams? It takes a few extra seconds of cranking. (Maybe 3-6 sec) Normally it fires right up within 2 sec of cranking.

Hard warm starts usually FPR or injectors. I fiddled with on FPR and ultimately broke it adjusting pressure. I got a handful of them for free though to play with.

It isn't consistent. I had that problem too. My FPR is new, and my injectors have been cleaned. It does it maybe 15% of the time. When my injectors were leaking it happened almost every time the car sat after running. I also swapped in the SS fuel rail from my previous motor.

Can you change the launch speed rpms with TCC solenoid? I would love to launch this @ 2.5-3k ;D

Do you think that fuel trim is bad enough to cause some damage?

Do you think that fuel trim is bad enough to cause some damage? You will be fine at part throttle. As for full throttle, I think you are probably OK with the raised fuel pressure, but it's difficult to say without some wideband air/fuel ratio sampling.

I think I will probably revert wiring back to original for my fans, and change speed settings as well. Prob 185 low speed 205 high speed. It'll help keep my intake and oil cooler as well.
