Driving my Aurora and the cv joints went bad on me took it to get it fixed and found out the left outer tire rode was also goin bad and on the right side of the rack n pinion the bolt was broke off and the screw was missing I was suprised the wheel didn't break off while I was driving but it has been repaired and is back on the road

You might want to pick up a Factory Service Manual (FSM) for your model year. Doing your own work can save BIG money. As you've already found, having someone else do the job can get pricey.
