When you installed the front calipers, did you re-use the Aurora brake hoses, or did you need to buy/install the hoses from a GXP/Lucerne?
Since the current brake hoses attach at the center of the caliper, it seems like it could be a stretch for the same hose to attach to a caliper that now installs at the bottom, is longer, and sits further away from the center. Especially when turning the wheel.

No this is the right place, not many people with GXP brakes. I used the stock Aurora brake hoses on mine, I have the V6 Lucerne front calipers, I don't know if those are like the GXP calipers.
I would eventually like to switch to stainless steel brake hoses, those make all the difference, regular brake hoses flex a little causing a slight give in the pedal, ss brake hoses help for quicker pedal reaction.

I was able to find some information on another site that confirms you DO need to upgrade to the GXP brake hoses when using the larger Rotor/Caliper assembly.
Once they finally arrive (...I'm currently experiencing some shipping issues...), I'm planning on taking a number of pictures during my install so I can do a write-up about the swap.
With regard to the Braided hoses, I was going to go that route, but didn't find anyone that makes them for the Bonneville GXP (or any of the applications with the JL9 brakes.
