Hey ACNA,
I was looking around the forums here, and on the web; and was wondering should I be doing ALL AC Delco parts (like the filters, etc.)? I was just gonna do the Rapid Fire Platinum plugs but the rest of the stuff (like filters) by K&N and other brands.

I always use Delco parts when I can for filters and stuff, but like when I went to replace my alternator I just went with a remanufactured one. You kind of have to decide for yourself where the line is. I would (and do!) run Delco plugs and wires in mine for sure as well. Our cars are picky with plugs and you can't go wrong with OEM.

AC Delco(41-950) or NGK plugs. Many have good luck with Duralast plug wires or Prestolite.
ACDelco doesn't make anything anymore but some still have confidence in the name. Even though the boxes say Mexico or China.... Like everything else. Rarely do I see parts with made in USA on them. Unless they are talking about the cardboard box.
