I am just curious if anyone knows if I go with 255/35/20 versus 245/35/20 and I want to lower the car 1.5" later down the road or maybe immediately are the 255s gonna rub and I should go with the 245s?
I am ordering Monday... so if ya know speak up!

Alright answered my own question... Member 'jrmbrenner' used the Eibach springs to lower his '95 and he was running 255/50-17s. So I compared the tire sizes overall and they are pretty much identical overall... So, 255s it is

Eibach EB-3874.140 06-08 Lucerne springs and ELC adjustment. Hopefully my wheel/tire package will be here Friday or Saturday.
Gonna look retarded with 17" 2nd Gen stockers if I run them in the winter with a drop.

I hate to tell you this, but the 3874-140 spring package is no longer available.
Everywhere I found that "says" they're still available would be ordering them from Eibach. Whether they take your order or not, you will not be getting them if they're planning to order them from Eibach.
Eibach made 1 run of them and when they sold out, that was it. I already conversed with one of the engineers to see if there was a possibility of making another run. His response was less than promising.
The funny thing is, if you look at the car they were originally made for, they would have very little sales when they were new (understandably), now that the cars are a little order and being purchased by people wanting to modify their USED cars, they no longer offer them.
Seems like a "cart before the horse" type issue.

How are you planning on lowering it? Nice, I was looking at getting new 255/50R17 tires for my stock wheels. Give it a little more meat

Try cadillacloweringsprings.com Sent from my XT901 using proboards They don't appear to offer anything for the '05 and back STS/SLS, unless their website just isn't allowing me to search it correctly.

The only place your are going to find them is if they pop up on eBay, through a forum or at the junk yard.
Can always use the spring coil locks like Pitt did. I'm not advocating it though. They are better than cutting the spring. And hey... you can always add a lift using the coil locks lol.

On the off chance they had a set, I went ahead and gave them a call. No dice. I don't know how you found that, I couldn't get their website to pull ANYTHING up. Maybe I'm having a browser issue...
