My 2001 Aurora is leaking water in trunk and rear cabinet. Trunk spare wheel well had about 2" of water and rear carpet was soaked with water. I drilled three small holes in trunk wheel well to drain.
One of the possibilities is Sunroof drain lines. I need help in accessing/cleaning rear drain lines. Front two drain lines are not clogged and access to these two holes is very easy once sunroof is opened. I can't see rear two drain lines holes. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Navin

Most common issue with water in trunk is the weather strip around the trunk you need to put new silicon and water will go away. I am 80% sure its not sunroof.

^^Gotta agree with Paul on the trunk seal. Easy fix though, just be careful not to damage it taking it off!
I have accidentally dislodged a drain line before though. You can get in the trunk with a flashlight and have some soak the car with a hose to definitely find the source.

I had this same problem with water in the trunk of the 2001 Aurora I bought a couple of years ago. Finally had to take the whole trunk seal off (carefully), clean it and the steel lip up good, and use a good quality sealant. No more leaks in the trunk,.....but sure have some sporadic ones inside the passenger compartment.

Weather got better and I finally had a time to investigate it further. I opened sunroof and put some water on driver side rear of sunroof and no water is coming out of rear drain line (which is located in the trunk of left wall). Instead water coming into the car. I thought that drain must be clogged so I got fishing line from Harbor Freight and inserted from the trunk toward the sunroof and it got stuck. I can't pull it out with bare hand so used plier and still can't pull out. Does anyone have any idea how I can remove?
Thanks in advance. Regards, Navin

Resolved -- I partly opened headliner on rear driver side and was able to free the fishing lane. Also, I found that drain line sleeve had cut. I put tape around the sleeve and put small clamp and water is not leaking anymore in rear floor behind driver side.
