So i mentioned in a different post a couple of weeks ago how I planned on "boxing" the cheap flimsy trailing arms from the factory, since they were U shaped and hollow. I purchased these MOOG trailing arms expecting them to be the same and then my next intention was to get them welded so they could be "boxed." Well the thing is, I got the package last night and when I opened it, I was completely suprised!! They were SOLID steel, tubular and strong! I was completely impressed and had no clue this was out there for this car. Even the bushing was extremely stiff and solid. I took some pictures to show everyone. On another note, does anyone have the install process. I took a look underneath and where it fastens to the A-arm only seems like a simple nut removal, but where it attaches to underneath the center of the car. It has a bracket and the bolt seems like it wouldnt fit in the narrow gap. Im guessing this center bracket must be removed? And what are the torque specs for each side? trailing arm.docx (175.85 KB)

This is moog K660168?
Your picture is small and inside a text document. Can you please post the correct number if that is not it and some better pictures?? You will need to match them up as close as possible length wise or your toe will be way off and shred your tire.
Install is simple. Remove toe link from rear control arm. Unbolt from it from the center and remove it.

I'm having trouble posting pictures. Everytime! Whether I use my cellphone or my tablet camera, it takes a larger than 2MG picture and the forum wont let me post. This was the best I could do, I dont have any programs that allow me to change these photos :/
Ill try and find the part #. Its a direct fit.
Okay....but the bolt is installed from the back of the bushing, underneath my car and that mount is interfering with the bolt...it looks like I need to remove the mount in order to remove the bolt b.c there isnt enough room. What is the torque specs?

You do not need to take the bracket off but you do need to mark with a marker before you take the two bolts out otherwise you will be paying for an alignment.
You need to remove the nut holding on the arm from the control arm first.

I don't think that is the tubular version as I replaced my arms with Moog and they were OEM replacements with the "U" shape. Sent from my XT901 using proboards

Sall, you are correct on the part #...however the picture shown on whichever site you view it on is inaccurate. Sall the picture I provided, can you do anything with that? Are you able to repost it with a better view for me?

Are you able to repost it with a better view for me? Added picture as attachment. Pulled part numbers and gave them to a buddy who works at local RockAuto warehouse. He is going to look at them and if they have the tubular style in stock and is going to grab them for me with his discount if they do. Attachments:
