I see. Those subs seem a bit pricey for what they are. I really couldn't tell you about the amp. I'd be interested to put a meter on the subwoofer channel on my Boss 5CH amp and see what it put out, but I won't be using it driving a sub anymore. Just will be driving the front components and potentially the rear 6x9s.
I got quite a bit done today. Put sound deadener on the rear deck shelf. Mounted both amplifiers. Took care of the stupid air vent in trunk too. Debating on whether or not to make a real build thread haha.
Waiting for disribution block to do some more work and move onto the wiring upgrade.

These subs I actually bought them from this guy I know for $200 he really needed the money and I wanted to get rid of the 15's I had and these were stronger then the 15's but I only paid $100 for the amp. These subs perform pretty good but not anything to really be trying to compete with. They do the job for a daily driver but at the moment I dont have it hooked up cause with the alternator over charging in the morning like it does I didnt trust it so I felt as if the system would put more of a strain on the alt. Just want to play it safe for the time being.

Overcharging? I haven't seen higher than 14.9 this year but I have seen 15.4 before. FSM states 16v is threshold.

I thought made a post about overcharging. Mine would usually be at 15.0 or 15.1 every morning when i crank it up and it takes a while to drop i guess cause i dont really drive enough for it to drop

No use for trunk space, until you don't have any! Needless to say the space is needed in my Classic. So I stick to a single 12" in 2 cu. ft. net enclosure. I have both amplifiers wired and operating correctly. The Cadence A7+HC mono amplifier is pushing the SoundQubed HDS312 subwoofer. The 5 channel amplifier is driving the front Cadence CS2-6.5k components with passive crossovers, rear door Jenson JRX235 3.5" and the rear shelf 6x9s. Not sure what the model is on the 6x9s but they are 140W RMS at 4 ohm. Front components are set full pass. Passive crossovers handle everything there. Rear doors are set to high pass 80Hz. The rear 6x9s are wired in parallel down to 2 ohms. I wired them into the subwoofer channel and are set to LPF ~150Hz. Just took advantage of what was available. Even without the subwoofer amplifier on it sounds great with the 6x9s handling the low end from the 5CH amp. Amplifiers wiring is 1/0 from battery to distribution block. Then 4 gauge to the amplifiers. Each amplifier has it's own 4 ga ground. Everything is held down with cable clamps to prevent vibrating and flopping around. I also used 'permanent' thread locker on distribution block and amplifier sets screws. Break easily with hand tools but with not back out due to vibration. It may look a bit 'hairy' but everything has it's own place. View from under the back seat. All those aftermarket and custom accessories and it's still nice and clean under there! Red wire in upper right is an old ground. Sound Deadener on rear deck. Now to get to the factory wiring upgrade to 1/0 positive and 2/0 grounds started... Cable: Box O' Copper Lugs: Battery Terminals: All I have for now.

New components mounted. Have not decided on a place for the crossover yet. Cadence CS265K 6.5" left. CDT MX6CV 6.5" right. The cs265k are 4 ohm and mx6cv are 2 ohm. Factory speaker smaller than the cadence. Look here. Carbon fiber in the Aurora now haha.

ok cool well keep me updated please will be very interested to know how everything goes Started working on it last night. The first thing I want to say is. Do not use car audio wiring for this project. If you choose to use car audio wiring make sure you are getting OFC(Oxygen Free Copper) and not CCA(Copper Cladded Aluminum). Also car audio wire has no standards. A 1/0 from one brand might be a 2 ga in another brand or 2/0 in another. Stick with welding wire that adheres to standards. I am using Royal Excelene 1/0 for positive runs and 2/0 for ground straps. First one down was the battery/chassis ground. I would say the OEM ground was 2 ga. Replaced with 2/0. OEM left new right. Then the battery to rear fuse block cable: Crimp Example: Main run gutted: New 1/0 vs OEM: The 1/0 main run is installed, just need to get the battery terminal on it. Then it's working on the front fuse block, alternator and starter wiring. Due to the design of the harness may as well do it all. The starter will thank me anyways at least. It's pretty simple just time consuming. Only need to remove four or five trim panels to get to everything.

Nice I really appreciate the help man seriously. Did you order the welding cable or did you go to a local store near by?

He ordered the welding cable from eBay. I am also collecting materials to do the same thing. I ordered "Temco" brand welding cable because I purchased other things from them at the same time.
Welding AWG cable will be your best bet, no variations between companies/brands to worry about!

Both grounds (under seat and engine) total 2 feet? Rear battery/chassis ground is ~12" front engine/chassis is ~8" on the classic.

2G has a 2ft ground from battery to chassis and 1ft ground from engine block to chassis.

Two feet from battery to chassis? I have three or four added grounds as well in the engine compartment. They are all 4 gauge.

25 ft of 1/0 and 2 ft of 2/0 is enough for the classic. Various copper lugs as well. I'll post the type and quantity tomorrow if I get the chance.

Two feet from battery to chassis? I have three or four added grounds as well in the engine compartment. They are all 4 gauge. Those are the lengths. One main ground in the rear from battery and one under the hood from the engine. There are other grounds in the engine bay but they are all 22ga wires that come to a factory distribution block. Since I'm only replacing factory wiring and not adding any grounds I didn't need much wire. What other grounds have you added?
