Ok, so I feel like the rear is sagging a bit and I was wondering if there is any way to adjust the ride height on the self leveling suspension. I tried searching but only found threads about problems with the rear suspension. If anyone can please point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks much!

So you want to raise the rear leveling suspension?
Elongate the ELC arm that connects to the drivers side rear control arm and ELC module.
It would be easier if you just went to the hardware store, purchased an adjustable turn buckle with eye holes that way you can have adjustable ride height on demand.
I'll get a picture of mine tomorrow.

That's exactly what I want to do! Pictures would help me tremendously! My tires are rubbing on the rear fenders because they're so low!

Giving a rake look to it?! Giving a level look to it! Lol... It looks like it's in motion during a hard launch! The rear end is loWer than the front....

That's exactly what I want to do! Pictures would help me tremendously! My tires are rubbing on the rear fenders because they're so low! What happened? One day yours just stopped rising? Or is it getting softer every day? I have not had the pleasure of fooling with my Aurora's air ride. I did eventually have to service my 89 Trofeo's and removed my MarkVIII's. On my Trofeo it seemed the pump was going bad. The car never raised entirely and was soft in the rear. I had never replaced the shocks either and just put on regular old school air shocks problem solved even though I might have been able to get away w/o the new shocks they lasted me 100,000 more miles. My MarkVIII had leaky rear air bags and they would bleed down over several hours. The easiest fix would have been changing the rears but I figured the car had 150,000 miles on original parts so something else was due to break so I put springs on all the way around. If yours is riding low the air ride parts to check have to be: 1-if the pump comes on at all (mine is audible) 2-any applicable fuses if it is not 3-the leveling sensor and bracket to make sure they are not bent 4-the shocks to see if they are bleeding air. This will kill a pump in short order 5-the lines to the shocks. Kicking up the rear is a neat mod to be sure, but I am concerned if your pump is bad modifying the leveling sensor might not solve your problem. Once again, I have never fooled with mine but I'm sure someone has.

If your rear leveling control system is not working properly than messing around with the ELC linkage will do you no good. You might need a myriad of new components to get the factory air ride to work or do a conventional conversion.

everything seems to be in working order. I just need to get about an inch or so in height so that my tires won't rub on the fenders.
I took a peek underneath, & I saw the lever that you are talking about. How would I be able to elongate that little metal rod? I don't know how much to add that would transfer to an inch in height. I'm not looking for a muscle cars stance either. I'm just looking for functionality.

Yeah sounds like there is an issue with the ELC or just need new shocks.
If everything was proper you would not need to elongate the rod. What size tires are you running?

I'm running 265/40/20 all the way around. It's like a mine field in Chicago with all these pot holes. I would like to try to elongate the lever to see if I get any lift. Otherwise, I can use a lift kit in the springs... It would seem that the lever mod would be easier.
what was the end result when you adjusted yours?

That would be the issue most likely. 265/40/20? That is an inch taller than stock and over an inch wider. I've got 255/35/20s +32 offset in the rear lowered 1" and no issues. I think the aftermarket overall height/width/and offset is the problem. If the tires are still too wide with aftermarket offset even raising the rear end may still put the tires in the fenders without raising the rear end a lot more than stock. Which already looks goody anyways IMO. Post some pictures and more specific wheel/tire info.

It would have been nice to have stock 17s... I have the 225/60/16 on the stock 16 inch rims... Well, had...
