So today was a nice day and I decided that after school I would take the car to the car wash that washes the undercarriage because road salt. Went through and I heard water coming in to my rear. Got home and there was probably 4 inches of water in my trunk where the spare tire was sitting. Cleaned the water out and inspected the trunk. the only remotely wet place was the hole the spare tire went and a little in front of that.
Im assuming that the undercarriage washing did it since nothing was damp up above, the problem is that there is no obvious hole, everything is sealed and this is the first time my trunk has ever had water in it.
anything I should be looking at?

Probably not form the bottom but the top or trunk seal.

Probably not form the bottom but the top or trunk seal. well I took out everything on the trunk floor, including the carpet lining. I might go through the car wash again to find out exactly where the leak is coming from any kind of silicon you would recommend, Paul?

Update! sent the car through the same car wash and the trunk is dry! Weird thing is though it that I never did anything to it? Afterwards I've known I had a crack in the plastic covering to the trunk latch, put a little bit of silicon on it and filed it down and I'm thinking I should be good for a while. It's suppose to rain today so it should be dry when I check it.
This isn't the first time this happened, about a year ago a door decided to start leaking, I kinda massaged it back in place and I haven't had a leak since lol!
Also for reference, this car wash uses pressurized water so the paint doesn't get scratched which is really nice!
And tomorrow I'm taking a trip to a junkyard, I'm thinking I can find a few parts, but mainly I want to get a new far passenger side vent, was it used on another car or does it have to be from another 2nd gen aurora?
