Hello, everyone!
I have had a problem for a while with my washer fluid not having enough pressure. Here's what I have found so far:
Had my wife run the washer fluid while looking at the apparatus, no leaks to be seen. Just low pressure.
I swapped the washer fluid pump with the one on the parts car. No change. It just spits out of the spout, enough for a 2" stream from both nozzles.
I'm out of ideas. If it's not the pump or the lines, and the nozzles aren't clogged, what else could it be?

Low voltage to the pump/bad ground/solid state relay failing? Just venturing a guess!

Haha, found the problem. It occurred to me that there are lines past the firewall. I removed that top cover and the lines looked ok, but when I tested it the fluid poured out of the connector at the firewall. The line had broken but I couldn't see it. Gotta love easy fixes!
I thought it was down to electrical too, Sall. I'm glad it was a line haha. Electrical diagnosis isn't my favorite. Thanks for the info though!

Haha hey you said you checked the lines so I went the other direction. Glad you got it figured out! Now you can spray cars behind you at stop lights again

xjsman89; which "cover" do you mean? The leaf guard cover along cowl or the cover over the wiper/pump assembly? Something else?
Same symptoms here.

The leaf guard along the cowl, it's the plastic piece that the wipers mount through just behind the firewall. There's a grommet on the passenger side of the firewall close to the top that the washer fluid line goes through. My line was broken on the cowl side, but was still inside the grommet so I couldn't see it. I just removed three of the five body clips in the cowl and lifted it up and was able to see what the problem was (once my wife ran the washer fluid for me and the fluid puked out everywhere) without removing the cowl entirely. (Be careful with you hands in there, the wiper assembly rotates around and could catch you pretty easily if you aren't cautious.)
I am going to grab the required hose off of the parts car, but I just safety-wired the hose in for the time being with a couple lengths of wire on the grommet. The little "barb" on the end of the hose is broken off, or a connector, or something. All I know is that it won't stay in that grommet properly. I'll probably just pull the entire assembly out of the parts car and replace what is needed.
I didn't take any pictures, I'm afraid. It isn't that hard to figure out, though! I hope yours is as easy as mine, let us know what you find.
