On new struts; Replace or re-use coil springs?

Have ordered Monroe Sensa-Trac strut kit that includes everything except new coils. Since new Moog springs are only $65 a pair this is not a money issue, but the hesitation is messing with the ride height.
You can see the current stance in sig pic. Rides at 28" ground to top fender lip with 2" from top of tire to fender lip. This is with 17" 2G rims and i think it is about perfect.
Any thoughts or experiences?

Replace IMO. The only struts designed to be used with old coil springs AFAIK are the KYBs. KYBs plus new springs equal awesome sporty ride. The front ride height is okay from factory but the rear sucks. So do both front and rear offset. I'm lowering the front end another 1-1.3" soon.
