2000km (1200 miles) under bad weather conditions... www.youtube.com/watch?v=KroUJzTuMGw(+) Overall stability of the car. Read: STABILITY ACTIVE (+) Comfort (+) Headlight washer (add on) proved really useful! (-) Passenger electrical window not working all the time (-) Car threw MAF errors twice. Cleared the error code and it has not returned. I'm thinking I will keep the car for another year. It has reached 200,000km/125,000miles a few days ago, will probably be at 230,000km/142,000miles in 2017 (if all goes well).

If you own it free and clear financial reasons make me think you should keep it. For maybe $220 a month (downpayment plus payments / 3years) you can lease a cheap car you can only drive ten or twelve thousand miles a year. Your Olds sounds pretty reliable and not likely to cost you $2600 in repairs next year.

Don't worry, I won't be going for a new or new-ish car with monthly payments.
The most money I'd put would be on a 2009 Pontiac G8 GT, which is around 10-15K$ ish. But well see by then.
