Turn Signals/Headlights/Fog Lights switch? OE part number is GM#26073199, and I think it is a discontinued part.
Looks like several online parts houses still have them though, anywhere from the low $200s to high $300s... Just Google the part number.
If you don't mind aftermarket, RockAuto has one for $150... Probably other choices out there as well.

Thanks. My shop manuals, microfiche and all my other useful printouts were in my car, at the mechanic, appreciate giving me the part #, made searching easier.
