I have a friend who does welding. Pretty inventive/ smart guy. I showed him a Y-pipe I had purchased from a junkyard. I told him I want the transition smoother and the pipes wider. So he created a jig, and made it. It was free, but told me he would charge me if I wanted it tig welded. So kinda wish it was a nice tig welded piece, but hey what the heck. He reused the stock flanges and the flex pipe when he welded it onto my Corsa exhaust. Installation required long extensions, a lot of maneuvering and a ton of cursing lol. On the car, my exhaust is definitely throatier and I feel more pull.

That's AWESOME! I want one(2 actually)! But what about the T to the mufflers?! I'm looking to go 2 1/2"(oem pipe thru rr. suspension craddle) to 2 1/4"(fabricated) T to tips (T, mufflers, tips; all 2 1/4")!
