Has anyone figured out how to do a fog light mod on the second generation?. Buy mod I mean get the fog lights to stay on when the high beams are on. It's just a simple jump the relay sort of situation or is it just like everything else GM put into our cars and f****** rocket science LOL?

Here's my <$5 tigger toggle mod, lol! You only need a SPDT toggle, a t tap, and a little wire, solder and shrink tube... And best of all, if you ever want it back to stock, just flip the toggle!

tigger sall thanks fellas. After much thinking I've actually thought about going back to my halogen projectors in the spare set of headlights that I have. Mainly due to the fact that when I did my retrofit I did not properly aim the projector with the high-beam portion of the headlight even though they are bi-xenon I still would like to have it working high beam portion of the headlight for daytime running lights as well... I'm going to go with the hir bulbs. Probably won't be as bright as my HIDs but none the less pretty bright I would say incorrect?

The HIR or now more commonly referred to as 9011 and 9012 bulbs are almost twice as bright as their 9005/6 counterpart and a little more than half as bright as HID. Something like 9006 is 1000lm, 9012 is 1850lm and HID(4300k) is 3200lm.
