My 95 has been running fine and still is except for an occasional intermittent high idle that just started today. On occasion it idles 3200-3500 rpm in park. I lubed the linkage and do not seem to have a problem with the cruise. The bell pulleys at the throttle body seem to be in the normal positionat at idle even though it idles up to 3200-3500 rpm. This doesn't happen with every start. Most of the time it idles 600-700 rpm. Anyone experienced this ?

No experience with this but when it's idling high look to see if the stop for the throttle plate is touching the stop on the Idle motor. This would at least tell you that there are no binding problems.
