Is it possible for me to splice to push fans on the front of my radiator into the pool fans on the rear without blowing any fuses or burning up relays

In front of the condenser? I'd say it would probably hinder more than anything. Sounds like you are having some cooling system issues?
If you want your fans to run all the time(low), unplug the coolant level sensor at the reservoir. You can also swap a couple pins at the PCM and tap into a relay on the firewall. This gives you low speed all the time and high speed at low speed command. Write-up in the stickies. Another option is a tune to lower the fan speed turn on times. Again not sure what your goals are or if there is another issue you are trying to bandaid.

My 3800 V6 89 Toronado and the 85 or 86 Riviera I had for parts had a pusher/puller combo. Those fans are pretty flat and universal mount. One is on my buddy's 454 1971ish GMC now another my 68 Mustang. Both help a little, his truck more than my car.
Not sure if there is soe speed match science which needs done.
Personally I bet the cooling fan mod may do what you'd want.
Any tricks to getting tbe fans on high from maybe 200 degrees on up guys?
