So I've had my '95 Cutlass Supreme convertible for a little over two months and I knew from the day I put in the winning bid, I needed some shelter for her. I quickly decided the most cost effective solution would be to put up a metal carport. After two tropical storms with just a fabric car cover, the carport was finally delivered and installed on Thursday. At 10 x 21 feet, it's the smallest one the company offered but it's perfect for that car. Friday was rainy all day but not terribly windy and with the car under the carport but otherwise uncovered, only the bumpers got a little damp. When I got home from work, I wiped them down with a microfiber cloth and put the cover on. Today, I added my own touch by wrapping the post that the driver's door is most likely to open into with a couple of foam pipe insulators. At a tad over $900, I think this was one of my better ideas, although I'm still trying to figure out the best spot to relocate my garbage and recycling carts.

Great buy! I had a 1992 white Convertible with 20" inch wheels, now on my Aurora. I remove all leathers seats and replace with fabric ones that had electric legs, lumbar, and head rest air cushion. Awesome upgrade all GM OEM service AC Delco only. 3.1 V6 giving me a whopping 340+ miles on a full tank. Next one I get, I'm looking forward on swapping the 4.0 Aurora motor. Now that would be awesome... media.giphy.com/media/6nuiJjOOQBBn2/200.gif
