Recently the Aurora would not start - initially thought it was starter. Then it started. Several months ago the same event happened and I took out of 'Park and into neutral. Engine started. It just happened again. Take it out of Park and into Neutral and it started.
As anyone experienced this situation? Yes it is getting old but runs well and would like to determine what the problem could be.

I wonder whether it is the neutral safety switch on the shifter or not. I would guess that or the ignition switch.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will advise the mechanic of your suggestion. Since the car has low mileage based on the age. The lady who uses the vehicle may continue to use neutral to start. Has she does not drive more than 15 miles when driven … If it does failure the Auto Club will tow to the shop
Thank you
