Hi Aurora fans. Since I'm stuck at home like many of us, I'm doing things I haven't done in a while.
For instance, I joined here in 2006, but after a few posts I just read without posting. That's a pretty long hiatus. A lot has happened in that time.
I bought my 2001 Aurora when it was pretty new, in January 2003. There are probably a few out there like mine, but I haven't seen many. I consider mine to be an early production car, a "First 500" (actually around a first 300). I always wondered why VIN digit 7 was 'S' in my car and earlier 2nd Gen 4.0L cars. It has a single-tone interior. I liked the idea of the two-tone interior, but my chosen car had the gray monotone interior. I can't recall ever seeing another one. I'm sure they are out there, but must not have been very popular.
My Aurora doesn't have heated seats, chrome wheels, or OnStar. I think it has every other option.
