Nice paint job. But, is it just me or does it have a dull finish? 🤔 Come get me wrong, I'm not knocking your work. It just doesn't look like chrome. It looks more like flat silver paint.
An alternative would have been to sand down the tips are used paint remover to get them down to bare metal and then polish them out with mothers polish.

"chrome" spray paint will never actually look like true chrome. It really is a misnomer. However I did the exact thing to my first aurora's tips and it looked great.

BUT.....it's brighter than the original metal. |
