Effect Of Solar Flare On Car Electronics

A few days ago, the Sun threw out a huge solar flare. At that time, the Motorola HF-850 Bluetooth system that I have in my 2001 was going crazy. It was turning on and off by itself. It was causing my old flip phone (LG) to start calling out by itself. As soon as the solar flare died down, everything was OK again. Can we say that the solar flare was the cause of all that?
