I had to replace the oil pressure sensor on my 2001 4.0 recently (more about that later}. I ordered it online from Autozone. After a week of waiting, I called Autozone's Customer service #. The rep that I got to was not only inarticulate, but actually didn't seem to know what I was asking about.....when the part would be delivered. She said she'd call me back. After 4 days, she hasn't. No surprise there. But then came the real surprise!!!! About 1/2 hour after I got off the phone, Fedex delivered the sensor!!!! The maker of the sensor, Rostra Powertrain Control in NC, shipped it to me directly without telling Autozone! And Autozone is still clueless about that! Bottom line: Autozone's customer service is not too good.

Thats the biggest issue like if you never herd of the name brand type in to the computer and see what will come up dont look at me like I am the one who dono what i am talking about.

If it's not an OLDSMOBILE, then "I don't want it".🧐
