Battery died. Can you charge via the boost points or do you need to charge directly on the battery terminals, ie seat out Thx

I think you should be able to charge through the jump start connections but I usually do it through the posts. The back seat is real easy to pull out.

I always charged directly to the battery.

I always charge up by the engine. In fact, I now have a trickle charger hooked up at that location.

you can charge from the hood location but maybe because bad grounds or something else at times even to boost the car from the hood location doesnt work as it works perfect from battery direct so if you want to be 100% sure than battery otherwise hit or miss at least thats how it was on all of Auroras i had.
