My father in law was randomly stranded when a bolt decided to work its way out of the caliper. So I picked up some new bolts but they didn’t come with any bushings and I cannot find any part number. See pic. The bottom bushing is in place but the top bolt is missing something. I searched the forum and google but can’t find anything. Thanks PS I can’t attach a picture here.

There are 2 bolts anchoring the bracket to the knuckle, which are very large bolts, lots of torque. They are available from dorman with threadlocker applied off the shelf at most auto stores. Then there is the slide pins, those are a little more particular because both have a small rubber bushing on the tip that has been overridden by GM in 2002-3 to only have the top one have the bushing. That means you need to get a couple new slide pins anyway to change the design around. I can get diagrams fo you later but clarify which ones you need. The slide pins should be 12mm and the anchor bolts are 15mm stock.

Hey Staytrue, Not sure which end of the car you're talking about. Was this for the rear brakes? If so, there are bushings that CAN come with the bolts. See below.

Hmmm, my bad, I guess his title does state front caliper. I don't see bushings for the front thought.
"99 Aurora- Front Caliper bolt bushing?"
Staytrue ~ what are you finding out?

Staytrue ~ what are you finding out? there are 2 potential bushings in question. the dust boots on the outer part, or the internal small cylindrical one in the bracket(there are 2 in each bracket, the slide pin slides into it)
