I guess the only problem I have with HID, esp aftermarket installation is that the headlamp housing on our cars is not designed for HID.
Our headlight bulbs don't do the illuminating, they reflect on the back of the housing and is disperse as a wide swath of light.
HID assemblies from the factory are not in a reflective assembly, and the cat eye lens is all engineered to deliver light.
So, the result, owners install HIDs in a car that is not designed for it, its not aimed properly, and its a danger to other motorists.

Since I own an HID kit, I know that the light is aimed properly forward, and you can still do some tweaking yourself for a more aimed pattern. Just because our headlights housings were not origianlly designed for HID lighting, it does not mean we cannot place one in there. I have noticed that it gives more better lighting, even on the sides where it would be dark.

I agree, its always possible, anything is possible, and if it something you wanna do, I say go for it! However, they were not designed for the intensity of HID and what it puts out. Police here have a fit if you have HID and its not designed for it, because its dangerous. I heard to many stories thats why I didnt buy yours Javi, when you had em listed for sale
