This will sound crazy....Is the key fob for my 95 Aurora the right one, it works, but it is diff from other GM fobs. The trunk button is at the top, while the unlock doors button is in the middle on mine. Most other GM fobs are the opposite? Any idea?

As long as the FCC ID# (imprinted on the back of the remote) matches the factory remote, I suppose it should work no matter what it looks like! Perhaps the previous owner replaced the original remote, with the one you now have? It's also possible they looked different in '95, but someone of that authority will have to step in with that info!

Cool, thanks! The wheels are chrome Torque Stars which I salvaged/transplanted from my old car, a 1998 Pontiac Bonneville SLE. Here's some more pics from a previous post of mine. I'd love to see some of yours!

lol..not yet, but I will probably, I like the 2nd key fob option with the memory seating. Shes smaller then me, so when she goes to complete her driving lessons, it will be nice to give her the other FOB in which to achieve proper seating/access in order to practice and pass the upcoming road tests. And yes its serious

I hope we all get invited to the wedding! ;D Okay, maybe that's rushing things... And to keep this reply on-topic, my '99 remote looks exactly the same as the '98 and '01 versions pictured above.

Yep, I have to test 'em out... and you actually don't have to remove the backseat to get to THIS battery!! The front and back halves of the remote housing come apart pretty easily using something with a thin edge (small coin, screwdriver, etc). The little round battery can then be taken out by hand and replaced. Then just snap the two housings back together and you're done!
