Is there any way you can put a indash dvd player/doubledin dvd player in the aurora with the bose sound system still in tact.

if you relocate the bose deck, or mount the in dash dvd player somewhere else. you can buy a harness off of ebay that will allow you to hook them up together if you really want to

are you meaning that you will replace the stock unit completley with new unit and then use the Bose speakers? Double din units to big to fit in the dash opening- you need a 1.5 Din unit made for GM/Chrysler - Pioneer, Jensen and several others make units that fit. The speakers for the Bose are indeividually amplified - would need to treat your harness out of Bose head unit external amp- probably not worth the hassle- better off replacing the Bose speakers also and then using matching amp to the new head you use with the DVD- or possibly keeping the Bose system intack and using FM od. to input a slave DVD deck
