Thanks Shrooms and Dan and anyone else who helped me pick a setup...cant be more happy with the way this sounds. I did not spend a lot like some people do...i have that money set aside for a tranny or some other major expense. Anyway here are some pics. Also, i have an alternator whine now at any RPM and it worsens with higher revs. You get used to it. I wish it would sound more like a supercharger though. Kicker Amp PicKappas Pic

take your car back to the shop and explain that you paid good money for them to install that amp and you want it done RIGHT! I would not find alternator whine to be acceptable. make them fix that for free. They either got a bad ground or they ran the RCA wires on the passenger side or near electronics to get the alternator whine. I get no alternator whine at all and my setup is high powered.

the pictures are distorted. as in, some parts are dark red, some green, and some just plain ol' dark. Looks odd for sure.. The 1st picture doesn't load at all for me. That could just be my internet connection though.

Yea, do exactly what Dan said. Since you had it "professionally" installed, it should sound professional. Alternator whine is NOT professional.
Is the whine coming from both ends (front speakers and rear speakers)? I've found, on what little actual audio wiring experience I have, the speaker wire is another big source for interference. But the rears on yours have so little running length, if they're whining too, its either the RCAs or a bad ground, already mentioned.
EDIT: after looking at the pics, the location of the amp leads me to believe the RCAs are being run on the right side. I've found that a standard 20ft of RCAs isn't long enough to run on the left side to the trunk. That's probably why they ran it on the right, but go have them change that.

the RCA's cannot be ran on the passenger side because that is where the main positive cable goes to the engine compartment.. you'll get major interferance if it's ran on the passenger side. Just a headsup for anyone who did not know this.

awesome, the amp placement is nice. hope you can get that interferance fixed. i have to fix mine but too damn lazy to pull up the seats and check all the connections. plus mine is only when my radio is turned off which i never turn mine off so i never notice it.

I can't tell if they ran on the passenger side or not from here. I was just saying if they did run them on that side it's most likely your source of interference.

I was just going by the location of the amp. I quick way to tell is to pull the rear seat and see on which side the RCA wires are.
