I'm 2000kms short of my 160 000 km tuneup, so by next month or so, I will need to do my big tuneup. Based on some of the higher mileage Auroras out there, what have you folks done.
Off the top, I'm thinking
Plugs (AC Delco or NGK Iridium Platinums) Wires (Stock or aftermarket? suggestions?) Fuel filter PCV (its really easy to get to on the Classic!) Tranny fluid/filters? (DIC still reads 100%)
What else is suggested?

You might do the coolant if it hasn't been done. I think the life is 5 yrs/ 150,000 miles, but I can't imagine waiting that long.
Sounds like a good plan, though, and I'd definitely do the tranny fluid. I'll probably do mine at 50k miles.

Yep...actually I'm looking forward to it. I might be taking a trip to NH in October, so once I have the tune up done, I will have a good road test with the new goodies in the car.
I want the car ready for next spring ;D

Hopefully the 100K tune up was done on your car, mind you, your 150K tuneup is no walk in the park either

Metric system is great...its so simple! everything is multiples of 10's! I'm considering doing some of the tuning up myself. Gotta read some of my manual and see what I am in for.
