If I went back and found some old recalls on my 95' (e.g. rear seat belt repair), do you think that the dealership would repair it.

If it's a true safety recall (initiated by GM), I think they are obligated to repair it free of charge. They will research your VIN to see if the repair was ever completed... if not, go for it!

Where would one find a list of all recalls?

Go to this section of the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) website, and you can search U.S. issued recalls and Technical Service Bulletins (TSB's) by vehicle type. If you have an alldata.com subscription, you can also look up all that info with extra details on the TSB's. P.S. wOOt, my 500th post.
