When I fold down the back-seat center console, there is a little plastic door that is supposed to cover the pass-thru to the trunk. My door is there but it doesn't 'click' into place - and therefore when the console is down, the way into the trunk is always open. Anyone one else have this issue and if you did, how did you fix it?

have you tried pushing the little handle down while you close it?

I have this problem too. The latch popped off on the previous owner and one of the parts is missing. I'm wondering if the parts can be ordered anywhere.
Mine has a spring, a black plastic latch and then there is a trim piece that holds it all in place. This last piece is what I need.
What about yours?

the latch is not available seperate from GM. It's all one peice with the armest assembly. That is over $300. I guess custom modifications are in order, or a junk yard run.

There's a little handle??? I'll have to have a closer look at the assembly to see exactly what is missing. Funny thing is that both the 3.5 and the 4.0 I looked at, at the dealership, had the same problem - so I thought that's how it was supposed to be. I'll run out at lunch and have a look.

Just had a look the the center console. The little black door that opens to the trunk is missing a latch of some kind. The latch must slide down into the top of the closed door somehow to keep the door closed. Not sure how I can quikfix this. I'll have to break out the MacGyver handbook. Or head to a wrecker.

Try removing the rear bottom seat cushion. You may find the parts have fallen there as did with my car.
