Hello everyone!!
Due to my 93 Bonny SSE being totalled by a bonehead driver, I just purchased a 95 Aurora with only 80K miles. Black on Black and very sharp. Loaded with options like Power Moon Roof, Heated Memory Seats, CD, etc...etc...etc... Told my dad I would not settle for anything less than what my Bonny had. This thing is a work of art. Oh, and the V-8...HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!
One question as long as I'm on here...Did the 95's come with the Bose Stereo?? I know Delco & Bose have worked together, and was wondering if there is any chance I might have the Bose system? Any help here?
Thanks, and I'm proud to be an Aurora owner!

The bose radio looks like this, and the door speakers also have the bose badging. Also, the bose RPO codes are U1F & U97, non-bose is UP0 & UW6. Welcome to the club, BTW!

On the non-bose radio, the mute button is switch out for a tone button.
Welcome to the club!
Do you think poniac is going to start charging us for using their Bonnevile as an "intermediate" car?

i do not beleive the 95s came with the Bose stereo option....anyway, the stock stereo system is the Aurora is pretty darn good, unless you're one of those people whose main concern is how powerful their steroe is rather than how powerful their engine is...i'll take the engine

Thanks everyone for the welcome! I had to re-register for some reason. It wouldn't recognize my password, and it said the e-mail I provided was inaccurate. So I changed it up a bit and abreviated the "Black".
Hey Jim W, I am a member at Bonneville club, in fact am selling all my parts I salvaged from my Bonny on there. I recall seeing you on there and in fact you're one of the reasons I switched to the Aurora. My handle there is psycho.
Thanks for the info on the Bose radio! Mine is stock unfortunately, but as said, it still rocks!. I salvaged my Pioneer from the wrecked Bonny, but I'm not putting it in the "Rora".
Thanks again all!

You'd be one of many crossover BonnevilleClub members to ACNA, myself, Scottydl, Krazy Kyle, Valerka and it seems that Custom88 is interested in an Aurora, and we have several ACNA members at BC, so its a good joint venture.
Besides the Aurora is a perfect replacement car for the Bonneville.
Have an eye at your oil containment in the 95, its been known to be an issue, the 95 was the first year for the brand new (now Classic Aurora) so its bound to have minor quirks. We are here to help you out tho.
Now..back to the trenches for me to recruit car owners to the Aurora ;D

Welcome to club. I have an early 95 with A Bose system but is just tape, no CD. There's something I didn't know - I thought CD's were standard in the Aurora. Live and Learn

Welcome aboard BLKBUTY, Just to let you know, I'm putting together a Custom Indiglo Gauges pre-order for the Classic Aurora. You can find more detailed information at the website below. www.speedhut.com/15orders_el_detail.asp?auto_number=75&bhcp=1No one else in the web or internet has them available, so we in the pre-order would be the very first people to own a set of these gauges. Thanks, Javi.
