Hi Folks, This is my first post. I just purchased a 1998 Burgandy Classic with 30K miles in Mint condition. It has the moonroof and new tires and brakes. All I can say is I love the car as it does everything and rides awesome. In fact I just bought a 1996 Classic for my dad with 65k miles that is perfect in every way also. These cars are wonderful and unique in many ways. A friend of mine with whom I work was so impressed with mine that he drove 200 miles yesterday to purchase a 1998 with only 19k miles in brand new condition. Never thought my purchase would snowball into a triage of Auroras in North Carolina. hehehe I hope to learn more about these cars from you all here and look forward to much fun with this great automobile.

Hey, you're sucking the market dry! Stop that! j/k of course. Good luck with all three. How in the world did you find examples with that low mileage?

Welcome aboard sludad!
Congrats on your recent purchase! Post some pics when/if you can. Where did you ever find one with such low miles? Florida I bet! Am I right? Again, welcome to the board.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I told my friend about this forum and he will check it out soon. I found mine here in the triangle area of NC. It was literally owned by a little ole lady who seldom drove. The one I bought for my dad was owned in this area also by a former GM parts supplier to the dealerships. My friend bought his in Frederickburg Maryland. Not sure of the history but he bought it by yesterday when he got back and I am convinced it is a true 19k mile car. It could not look any better on the showroom floor. In fact his leather interior was like mine and had no creasing or even minimal wear on the drivers seat leather. The car reminds me a bit of my 1968 W34 Toro I had years ago. Sort of a milestone car in many ways. I currently have a 1970 w31 spec olds coupe 3/4 restored. Can't wait to get that back on the road...

Welcome to the forums, and let me just echo those are some *Great* low-mileage Classics you found! And I thought my '99 was low when I bought it last year at 53k...
Us Aurorites are just getting re-situated back at these forums after a little snafu with our new (now old) location, so it's good to know new members are finding there way here. Get your dad and your friend over here too... the more the merrier! ;D

Thanks guys, I paid 8500.00 for the car . It has new tires, new brakes, all fluids changed and the moonroof option. Very happy with the car in all respects. Would love to get some nice 18' wheels in an alloy or gunmetal to really give her a sporting look. Or at least a bit more than she already has. Sure am having fun driving her!!

Thats the best Aurora marketting job I have seen since yours truly here convinced about half a dozen BonnevilleClub members to go to Aurora.! Welcome to ACNA! I'm also a former Bonnie owner. I traded in my 99 Bonnie with 55k for the my 99 Aurora with 11k (in 2001)with about every option including the Autobahn package. The Bonnie ws ok but nothing when compared to an Aurora. All I had to do was drive it once and it was mine! I was looking for another car but wasn't happy with the cost of the new Bommie's or their equipment. The dealer told me about an Aurora that only had 11k and was like new. I said what the heck is an Aurora. Well, I can honestly say it is the best car I have ever owned. I plan on keeping it for a long time!
