Hows it going fellow auroraians, I just bought mine from a private party, its a 1995 with only 80,000 miles. Everything in the car is almost perfect all it needed was a little shine. the outside pait (dark red) was in good shape but has a minor dent on the hood. I couldnt belive it when the lady took $3300 for it. Belive me this car is awsome, but i have to compare it to my old car (1984 volvo DL), finally the thing broke down. Later

I know that the car had 3 previous owners two of which were older and babyed it, the person i bought it from was a grad student the i think just parked it out in the lot at purdue. As for right now all i can give it is good wax job right before the winter and make sure to keep the salt off of it.
As for the color goes ill have to check, if it is like my old car the color is in the door jam or somthing, anyone know where to look?
Later guys

Well im in indiana, and 35 is legal but most people get 15% and get away with it. I used to live in chicago and you cant have driver or passange tinted at all and i did, got pulled over all of the time.
what percentage do most people get??

i went with 20 percent on the rear and 35 percent on the sides and i'm happy with it. had 20 all the way around on my cutlass, and it was too dark if u ask me

i cant remember the percentage i went with i think 5% for the back. Limo is what I call it and then the next one up for the fronts. in Cali we cant have any tint in the front except factory but we hardly get pulled over for it.

Sweet! Other unknown color Aurora! Yea, it's the same as mine though, in much better shape. I have 35% tint to give you an idea what that looks like. I've tried searching for the color but come away empty handed every time. There is a way to tell though. If you're up to it, its on the Service Parts Identification sheet. The problem is that it's on the under side of the right rear fender in the trunk underneath the trunk liner. I have the 12-disc option and it's a real pain to remove. In the bunch of 3 digit codes, it should be the bottom one in the last column. Numbered either like 18U, 88U, 89U, or 91U (my researched guesses). I'll give you mad prop's if you can look. I've always wanted to know in the 3 years of ownership lol.
Congrats on the color and hope you have as much fun as I've had. I really love the color. Looks different each part of the day. My fav is at sunset where it's got a really nice burnt-orange-brown look to it.
The best part is asking other people what color the car is. I've gotten Rose, Rosewood, Taupe, Brown, purple, etc...

Oooh, she looks great ;D BTW, that color is called "Mocha Metallic". That goes for you too, Shrooms. Does this mean you're now going to change your name to "95mocha"?

I was a while back when I first learned it wasn't mushroom, but the 95's have a unique interior color called mushroom, so I've kept the name. BTW, where did you find that out at?

Call GM service department with the VIN, most will tell you the color if you ask.
Welcome aboard.
