How you fellas (and ladies) doing? well I am new and have already had my first problem with my new used car. I bought my car on saturday, drove it loved it messed around with some doo hickys and stuff. Sunday i had just took my mother, brother, and DAUGHTER out to eat. on our way home i was making a left hand turn at a green arrow ..... BAM a guy running from the cops hits my new baby first words out of my mouth were "MOTHER " got out the car and noticed the guy had hit another car and that one was damged pretty badly. Any ways the car will be done somethime next month and im pissed I am driving a honda civic rent-a-car good all i can say is good gas milage. thats all. anyways about the car she is gold with the bose audio 12 disk cd autobahn chrome rims, ii mean the works. she has 67,000 miles (Any suggestions on what i should do for the maintanance???) i bought here for $11,000 out the door. Not bad in my opinion. Im now 22 on my 6th car any im hoping this one will last longer than all the other ones. well hope to see some replys take care

Wow that's pretty scary.. are you going to court? These Auroras hold up to crashes quite well.. nobody hurt right?
What year is it? If it's a late model classic it'll certainly give you many years to come after it gets fixed.. Though $11,000 is quite a bit much for a 67k classic - they'll go for $3-4k less on ebay for less than half the mileage, but yours is definetely loaded. Chrome + autobahn is rare.

Wow, sorry to hear about that. I hope everyone is ok! You'll get your car back, and things will pick up where they left off. What year is the car? I paid $5100 OTD for my 1997. It had some 2k miles driven from 2003- to present. It was the GM of the Courtesy dealer, wife's car. It's in excellent shape, and this poor saleman REALLY wanted to sell us a car, but they had nothing we/I could afford. He took us to the back, and my eyes blew up! Once I got in it, I loved how technologically advanced it was, and told my mom I'd pay half. I didn't even know who made it, or what it was. Let alone a 250HP V8! I will hold onto this car, and have it available when I return from the Marines. Goodluck! -Nick

KBB on my car is roughly $7200.. paid a lot less..
Assuming yours is a V8- KBB is roughly 14k.. so you didn't do a bad job at all.

Ah, I thought since you mentioned autobahn it was a classic. There's no autobahn on the 2nd gens really - they all just have the same "Autobahn" gearing (3.73 I think) that the classic autobahn option had.
So $11k isn't too much at all, especially being loaded, assuming V8. My 2001 3.5L with most options was $12k w/ 57k one year ago.

thats a pretty decent price...I paid $12,500 for my 01 4.0, with 38k (no chrome & no navi, but everything else)

Yeah i gots the V8. The front bumper, drivers side fender drivers side hood, windshield, and the dash. That was everything that was damged. thanks for making me feel welcome. as for the autobahn i thought it had it.
