OK, I guess I should know this, but what is a billet steering wheel? I've seen reference to billet door handles too. Does it just mean aluminum / aftermarket?

ya, I think its that ricey racing/aluminum steering wheels. GM used fake "billeted" grilles on the Yukon Denali but the CTS-V has real billeted grilles.

I believe a billet is a block of solid metal that is used to machine things from. I believe billet stuff usually means it is cut from one single billet/one single piece. But it's just an aluminum steering wheel is all.
