the fabric on my sunroof cover is starting to come up from around the edges at the front. When the roof is opened the carpetting is starting to flap and it looks pretty cheap. What would be the best thing to get this fabric to stick again over the edge?

The sunshade in my Bonneville did the same thing on the front left corner. I put a small amount of super glue on the top edge of the sunshade, stretched the fabric back over the edge and that fixed it. I rarely close the shade in the Aurora, so no problems so far.

Hi this happened in my 2001 4.0--I used half inch double sided tape--they call it fly paper because it is so thin. I stuck several pieces along the edge and stretch it back over the top. The reason I used tape is because it is much more forgiving than any type of glue and the reason it gave loose in the first place is the glue degraded and lost its holding power. IMO tape is the way to go and you can pick it up at any hobby/craft store.

You could also try something like 3M's spray adhesive. It's made for glueing headliners on and such.
Remember that the headliner can be easily removed if that helps you get to the sunroof cover.

I was going to go the spray adhesive route--actually bought a can of it home and it is great for larger areas but I believe it is not a good application for this problem. Just my opinion--I took the can back for a refund..........
