Sharp!, ever consider a bit of tint? Otherwise its pristine!...hows the ride on the 35 sidewall?

that's sick man. what do those dubs cost? Well, I was comparing prices from online and locally here in the Chicagoland Area and found this shop here in Chicago that had the Enkei Kapones for about a grand less than from this website, so I finally got them for less than $2,650 with the tires, mounted and balanced, and chrome valve stems and caps.

Sharp!, ever consider a bit of tint? Otherwise its pristine!...hows the ride on the 35 sidewall? About the tint, I have decided for now to stay away from it, here is why, 1. The tints would give it a gangster look, don't want to deal with gangbangers trying to look inside of my car to see who's driving it. 2. The cops, they see a decked out Aurora and start looking for a reason to pull me over. 3. I thought it would look better without the tints, giving it a clean, Classy, Luxurious look. As for the ride on 35 series tires, man I love it, yeah you feel the asphalt real good, but I like the way it handles, the offramps the turns, man everything. Here in Chicago you have to watch what streets your driving on, because of the wicked pot holes, but other than that in open road it grips fine.

That really fills up the wells, eh? Tell me about it, when you turn you have about one inch of space between the tire and wheel well. I was thinking of doing 21 inch wheels in the future though, I really like this wheel out there, that if I get a really good deal on, I might just get it. This is the wheel.

Did you have to do anything to the ELC in the back with the 20's?

Nope, aslong as it's working is fine, I imagine that you would have problems if your Electronic Leveling Control System was out, then your Aurora would be saggin or hanging low, therefore it would rub against the tires.

I totally understand your explanations Javi! good ideas, lol gangbangers..hahah
Thats something I dont worry about over here, so 35% tint on diamond white works.

Some bangers can be annoying, but the cops would have a fit if they see me with tints all around in my Aurora, legally you can have tints in the back windows, but not in the front driver and passenger windows, that's just the LAW here in Illinois.

Nice lookin' 20's, Jav! And I am usually not a fan of "supersize" wheels as I like to call 'em. For my Aurora, I just can't give up the ultra-soft ride achieved with 16" rims and stock tires. I might go up to 17's or 18's someday if I have extra money laying around, but I can't see that as being too likely! I feel ya on the Illinois laws too... I'd like some tint on my rear windows. I don't think I'd get pulled over too much for it!

Thanks Scottydl, The ride on the 20's is not that bad, you get used to it after a while though.
I did 18's before on my Olds Intrigue, and those wheels I had left over, I put them on my Aurora, but the Aurora shold be riding on 20's, that's why I went up 2 more sizes to 20's.

This here is the picture of my Aurora with the 18's from a couple of years back. The same wheels on my former Intrigue.
