Just about all the original paint is gone on the wiper arms.
Any suggestions?

check this thread out on how to remove the wiper arms first: www.regalgs.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=21587&highlight=wiper+arm+paintAs for the paint to use, any glossy paint from autozone should work. Of course I'd recommend black paint. You should sand it smooth first to remove all old paint and make the surface smooth. I'm not sure if you'd need primer or not? Some of those paints might need the primer. I'd read the bottle first before purchase just to make sure...

Thanks Custom,
Thanks for the link; taking them off is not a problem.
Do you know if they are aluminum or galvanized steel or other? I guess that should have been more the question. I know that galvy is a tough surface for paint to stick to, something about the zink i think. (hey that rhymes)

Did em up this weekend and it took less than an hour. By the time I was done washing the car they were dry enough to reinstall.
Removed the blades sanded with 220. Clean them off with laquer thinner and hung them on the metal folding braces of a 6' ladder. 2 lite coats Rustolium Proffesional Primer and 2 lite coats of Rustolium Proffesional Satin Black. Semi-gloss would have been perfect but was not available.
Like New!
I was actuall looking for an Epoxy paint for the hardness but they didn't have black.
