Your mechanic is dead right. But my code is 272C, the same as 43/WA272C. My color does the same as yours, turns from green to blue in a very pronounced way, so I thought we had the same color. I never get to a black look even at night, so you have a bit darker color, both are nice.
FWI, illegal moonshiners down south in the 30's and 40's would paint their cars midnight green. Feds would ID a black sedan in the chase at night, but when they came around the next day for the arrest, the car would be green. Have you been running any Canadian Malt across the river lately?
