Looking Great! I could only get the images to load by copying the URL and pasting it in a new window. How does the 3.5 compare to the 4.0 in the classic? I'm curious. Definately tell us how the two generations compare to eachother!

Thanks for the comments, guys. Actually, as far as which I prefer I'll say this. For the sheer power and the burbling of the big V-8, as well as more options, I like my classic. But, the 3.5 is fun to drive. It has great off the line acceleration and very tight handling. It's more fun on the twisty roads than the classic, obviously due to the weight difference as well as being shorter. Now, I just need to get a 01, 02, or 03, 4.0 to complete the cycle. Looking for a diamond white. As an aside, I thought this was interesting. Filled up both cars yeserday, and the driving mix on both is about the same. The 97 averaged 25.5 mpg, while the 3.5 averaged 24.3, according to the DIC's. Could it be the airbox gut, K & N, and Flowmasters make that big of a difference? Still, it took $66 to fill both cars!

Hey Auroralover, if you edit your first post and remove the " " stuff it will just show as links. That way we can click to view it in a new window, which ought to work.

I'm confused, I see nothing about two Auroras in this thread. Did the original post get deleted?

Hey guys, yes, I deleted the links. I am a complete novice at posting pics, and where I posted them at would not let me post them here(you were right, Robert) I will try again this weekend to post.

I'm really confused on how this topic got split into two & why it says I"m the originating author for the other topic.

It never got split. The first thread was started, the first post was deleted, then another thread was started under the same title, I locked the previous one and here we are.

The pictures! That's what we wanted!! ;D Thumbs up John, you've got two GREAT looking Auroras! What kind of exhaust tips are those on your Classic? They look like JimW's (which is what I want for mine), but I can't afford what he paid for his.
